Message Regarding Covid-19 Dear Valued Clients & Supply Chain Partners, The health and safety of our associates, clients & supply chain partners remain a top priority. Covid-19 has resulted in supply chain challenges. ACB is positioned to meet these challenges in any, and all areas of cross border trade facilitation. Our investments in resources (people and technology) provide assurance that full services will be delivered 7/24/365, regardless of whether associates are working remotely or from one of our offices. We will be guided by appropriate government health bulletins and advisories. We’ve eliminated all business-related air travel. Scheduled meetings will occur using virtual platforms. Associates reporting to offices have been instructed on protocol in relation to preventative measures (from hand-washing to self-isolation). Should importers require options, we welcome questions as to possible alternate vendors, carriers, etc. Rest assured that ACB’s service levels will be unaffected during this pandemic. Take care of yourself and your families, stay safe.
