The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), referred to in Canada as CUSMA, replaces the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Upon implementation of CUSMA, all NAFTA certifications expire. We would like to ensure “duty free” benefits continue without interruption.
